I a relaxed, natural state of awareness, which is similar to daydreaming and meditation, hypnotherapy allows us to bypass the critical, analytical mind and connect with your inner world. From this place, we can explore and shift the unconscious blocks that keep you stuck in fear, self-doubt, people pleasing or survival patterns.

I use hypnotherapy to support women in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and releasing limiting beliefs that no longer serve them. For many survivors of emotional abuse or narcissistic relationships, the subconscious has absorbed many harmful messages about self-worth, safety, and trust.
